Private Memory Care Apartments

Each memory care resident enjoys the comfort of their own private apartment with a private bath. Design elements and support measures are in place to enhance security while honoring your loved one's dignity.

Each memory care suite includes:

  • All-private bedroom with private half bath
  • Private telephone line
  • Basic cable TV
  • Large picture window with natural light
  • Individual thermostat for comfort
  • Housekeeping and laundry services

What's an average day like in our memory care neighborhood? It's up to your loved one! We work with each resident to plan a meaningful day based on their individual interests, habits, and routine. From music and movies to puzzles and conversation, your loved one enjoys a range of programming designed to promote independence.

What's Included in the Cost?

There are two costs associated with memory care, a onetime refundable entrance fee* for nonresidents and a monthly care package fee that includes your private suite, plus the following:

  • Strategically designed neighborhood
  • Staff trained to support residents with memory loss
  • Reminders of activities, mealtimes, and assistance
  • Call response system
  • Access to registered nurse and care associate staff 24 hours a day
  • Monthly wellness visits by a licensed nurse
  • Meal service in the dining room
  • An enriching activities program
  • Daily bed-making
  • Weekly light housekeeping
  • One load of laundry weekly
  • Access to landscaped grounds and courtyards
  • Basic cable TV
  • An individualized assessment to identify the level of assistance and support necessary with activities of daily living

For individuals who are not current residents of the community, a onetime Refundable Entrance Fee* is required. This fee is $100,000.  

The memory care monthly service fee starts at $9,381 for a private suite.

*Carefully read the Residence and Care Agreement for the conditions that must be satisfied before the Provider is required to pay the Entrance Fee Refund.
