Pricing
We're dedicated to supporting senior residents who experience unexpected financial difficulty. We maintain a resident fund designed specifically to assist eligible residents. Independent living residents will never be asked to leave the community because of a genuine inability to pay.
This onetime entrance fee for our senior housing is 90% refundable to you or your beneficiaries should you leave the Catonsville community. You can also access this money to pay for qualified continuing care health services. As a trusted independent living community, we put our promises in writing. Please ask to see our Residence and Care Agreement for Charlestown. (Carefully read the Residence and Care Agreement for the conditions that must be satisfied before the Provider is required to pay the Entrance Fee Refund.)
The Monthly Service Package includes most of your regular expenses like utilities, property taxes, standard maintenance, and even select meals.
The Monthly Service Package is typically adjusted annually to reflect labor, food, and energy costs. Any adjustments must first be approved by the not-for-profit board of directors.

If concerns arise about your ability to live independently, a member of our staff will meet with you and your family to discuss your options. You may be eligible to receive care inside your residence, or it may be recommended that you transition to on-site continuing care health services.
