Charlestown Pricing and Senior Living Costs

90% Refundable Entrance Fee*

When you decide to make the move to Charlestown, you’ll pay a onetime refundable entrance fee. Should you leave the community, 90% will be returned to you or your beneficiaries.

Monthly Service Package

Just one check each month covers almost all of your daily expenses, including:

  • Meal plan at our on-site restaurants
  • Maintenance and home repairs
  • Fitness center and pool
  • Regularly scheduled transportation
  • 24-hour security and emergency response

Please ask for pricing details and availability. The Monthly Service Packages are typically adjusted annually by the not-for-profit board of directors in relation to operating costs. The fee schedule will change on January 1, 2026.
*Carefully read the Residence and Care Agreement for the conditions that must be satisfied before the Provider is required to pay the Entrance Fee Refund.

No one will be asked to leave our community because of a genuine inability to pay.
