Charlestown's February Treasure Sale Raises More Than $35,450

​This month, Charlestown held its first Treasure Sale of 2023, and its first February sale since 2020. Residents, staff, family, friends and neighbors all enjoyed the opportunity to peruse amazing deals on furniture, small housewares, jewelry, clothing, accessories, books, sporting equipment and so much more. In all, the sale raised $35,452, with the majority of proceeds benefitting Charlestown's Benevolent Care Fund.

Each and every Treasure Sale is an incredible volunteer effort, with more than 300 residents working on the Treasure Sales year-round. Together, they help with clean-outs, pick-ups, sorting, pricing, displaying and more. In addition to the four large sales throughout the year, three on-campus Treasure Sale stores--Furniture, Small Wares, and the Ladies' Boutique--are open every Tuesday. These sales have been going strong for more than 35 years and continue to draw large crowds from the Catonsville-area community and beyond.
