If anyone knows a thing or two about the nine restaurants on campus at Cedar Crest, it's residents Joanne Rudolph and Stu Lisbe.

"Each restaurant has its own flavor and flair," says Joanne, vice chair of the Resident Advisory Council's dining committee. "The Oak Room has a lovely Sunday buffet and Fireside has a friendly bar with special events."

Mirroring the inclusive environment that Cedar Crest fosters, The Jewish Council--founded 20 years ago--welcomes all members of the Jewish community, regardless of affiliation or branch of Judaism.

For resident Margaret Floyd, a typical day includes participating in some of the 20-plus Cedar Crest groups and activities she's involved with, from Resident Advisory Council committees and Neighbors Helping Neighbors meetings to performing groups and pickleball!
