Pricing
At our Pomptain Plains senior living community, we're dedicated to supporting residents who experience unexpected financial difficulty. We maintain a resident fund designed specifically to assist eligible residents. Independent living residents will never be asked to leave the community because of a genuine inability to pay. This onetime entrance fee for our senior housing is 90% refundable to you or your beneficiaries should you leave the community. You can also access this money to pay for qualified continuing care expenses. We put our promises in writing. If concerns arise about your ability to live independently, a member of our staff will meet with you and your family to discuss your options. You may be eligible to receive care inside your residence, or it may be recommended that you transition to on-site continuing care.
