Private Memory Care Apartments

Each memory care resident enjoys the comfort of their own private apartment with a private bath. Design elements and support measures are in place to enhance security while honoring your loved one's dignity.

Each memory care suite includes:

  • All-private bedroom with private half bath
  • Private telephone line
  • Large picture window with natural light
  • Basic cable TV
  • Individual thermostat for comfort
  • Housekeeping and laundry services

What's an average day like in our memory care neighborhood? It's up to your loved one! We work with each resident to plan a meaningful day based on their individual interests, habits, and routine. From music and movies to puzzles and conversation, your loved one enjoys a range of programming designed to promote independence.

What's Included in the Cost?

The cost of memory care is determined by the degree of care needed. There are two costs that make up your memory care package, a onetime 90% Refundable Entrance Deposit for nonresidents, and a Monthly Service Fee that covers the cost of utilities, maintenance, care services, and following:

  • Choice of private, memory care apartment
  • Access to trained manager and wellness nurse
  • Care associates trained to support individuals with memory loss
  • 24-hour care and assistance
  • Unique, person-centered approach to care
  • Activity and mealtime reminders and assistance
  • Daily bedmaking
  • Weekly light housekeeping
  • One load of laundry each week
  • Access to landscaped grounds and courtyards
  • Basic cable TV
  • Holistic, individualized assessment

The Refundable Entrance Fee* for non-Cedar Crest residents starts at $119,000.

The Monthly Service Fee is $549 per person, per day.

Fees are subject to change without notice. Effective 01/2023.

If the second person does not need memory care, the fee will be the base fee for a second person plus assessed care need.
