What's Included in the Cost?

The cost of memory care is determined by the degree of care needed. There are two costs associated with memory care, a onetime community fee and a monthly fee that includes your suite with full, private bath, plus the following:

  • Strategically designed neighborhood
  • Staff trained to support residents with memory loss
  • Reminders of activities, mealtimes, and assistance
  • Call response system
  • Access to registered nurse and care associate staff 24 hours a day
  • Monthly wellness visits by a licensed nurse
  • Meal service in the dining room
  • An enriching activities program
  • Daily bed-making
  • Weekly light housekeeping
  • One load of laundry weekly
  • Access to landscaped grounds and courtyards
  • Basic cable TV
  • A holistic, individualized assessment to identify the level of assistance and support necessary with activities of daily living

The community fee is $1,500.

The memory care base fee starts at $8,788 for a private suite and varies depending on the type of apartment selected and amount of care that is needed.
