Yes. Based on your needs and situation, our providers can visit with you over the phone, online via your computer, in-person at the on-site medical center, or even in the comfort of your own home. As a resident, you can set up your visit by calling the medical center.

Your medical center is located right on campus, so you'll receive prompt care from providers who specialize in senior health and wellness. Unlike most medical practices, we schedule 30 minutes for each appointment and offer easy access to all your medical information through our secure resident health portal.

There's always a doctor on call, plus an emergency medical response team with an average response time of three minutes or less.

We accept Medicare and most supplemental insurance plans. We also accept most Medicare Advantage plans, including Erickson Advantage®, an exclusive Medicare Advantage plan only available to Erickson Senior Living residents. Please contact the on-site health insurance resource manager if you have questions or contact your insurance company directly to confirm benefits.

Your Erickson Health Medical Group provider is available to assist with all your health care needs, including routine care, preventive care, and sick care.

As a resident, you have the option of enrolling in Erickson Advantage® an exclusive Medicare Advantage health insurance plan that is only available to residents of Erickson Senior Living Communities. Erickson Advantage plans are uniquely designed to match the specific needs and goals of residents, with benefits and features that are coordinated with the community’s support services and on-site medical staff. Erickson Advantage® plans place a strong emphasis on preventive care and well-being, and include a range of programs that may help prevent health problems before they occur. Most plans also include enhanced benefits not covered by Original Medicare, such as preventive dental, vision, hearing aids, fitness, and transportation to/from plan-approved locations.
