Tallgrass Creek Rewards Hourly Team Members for a Job Well Done

Residents thank dedicated employees by contributing more than $157,000 to the annual Staff Appreciation Fund

Tallgrass Creek, the Erickson Senior Living community in Overland Park, Kansas, distributed more than $157,000 to eligible hourly team members through its 2024 Staff Appreciation Fund. This year, 545 Tallgrass Creek employees received gifts.

The Staff Appreciation Fund, made possible through generous donations from warm-hearted residents, was distributed in person during special celebration events earlier this month. The gifts served as a thank you for providing residents with industry-leading services that enhance the community’s engaging, worry-free lifestyle. 

“The incredible generosity of residents who support the Staff Appreciation Fund matches the wonderful spirit of the season,” stated Adam Dickson, Executive Director. “In turn, our team members have earned this recognition for their caring attitudes, creativity, and diligence.
