Tallgrass Creek Celebrates Grand Opening of Employee Health and Well-Being Center

Tallgrass Creek, a continuing care retirement community developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, recently celebrated the grand opening of its first-ever Employee Health and Well-Being Center.

The Employee Health and Well-Being Center (EHWC), located conveniently on campus at Tallgrass Creek, offers a variety of free health services to all community staff members. Led by a dedicated nurse practitioner, a team of health providers collaborate to support employees with their health needs, including Annual Well-Being Visits, which inventory each employee’s needs across all dimensions of well-being, including mental/emotional, social, financial, occupations, spiritual, environmental, and physical.

The Center also provides sick care, physicals, vaccinations, specialist referrals, smoking cessation, health assessments, nutrition counseling, weight management, and support for chronic conditions.
