People who live in retirement communities are less lonely, more physically active, and more engaged than before they moved in, according to a June 2025 U.S. News & World Report survey. This is especially true at Windsor Run where residents enjoy a wide array of social activities, wellness programs, dining options, and on-site health care that support their overall well-being.

Recent programs have included a series on constellations, including their origins, names, and locations, as well as an exploration of the planets. Other themes have ranged from archaeological discoveries related to astronomy to the movement of the sky, the stars and moon, and the science behind solar and lunar eclipses.

Each March, Women's History Month shines a light on women whose courage, leadership, and service have shaped their communities. Margaret Draganac, a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, exemplifies these values, having dedicated her life to serving her country and community. Now, as a resident at Windsor Run she volunteers her time to support local initiatives and her new neighbors.
