Windsor Run Promotes Amanda Bates to Sales Director

Windsor Run, an Erickson Senior Living community in Matthews, N.C., has announced the promotion of Amanda Bates to Sales Director. She brings more than 10 years of senior living experience to this leadership position. 

Bates’ career at Windsor Run began in October 2015 as a sales associate. In 2019, she was promoted to Planning and Moving Consultant.  Bates earned another promotion in 2022 when she was named Windsor Run’s first Sales Manager. In this role, she helped build and shape the Windsor Run sales team. 

“Amanda’s tenure with the community, strength in leadership, expertise in sales and passion for creating exceptional experiences have us well positioned for continued success in welcoming new residents to Windsor Run,” said Executive Director Michael Wehrle.  “We are excited to welcome Amanda as the new sales director and look forward to the positive impact she will have on the lives of our future residents and her teammates.” 

Bates holds a Bachelor's degree from Murray State University.
