What's Included in the Cost?

The cost of memory support is determined by the degree of care needed. There are two costs associated with memory support, a onetime community fee and a monthly fee that includes your apartment with full, private bath, plus the following:

  • Staff trained to support residents with memory loss
  • Reminders of activities, mealtimes, and assistance
  • Call response system
  • Access to registered nurse and care associate staff 24 hours a day
  • Monthly wellness visits by a licensed nurse
  • Meal service in the dining room
  • An enriching activities program
  • Daily bed-making
  • Weekly light housekeeping
  • One load of laundry weekly
  • Access to landscaped grounds and courtyards
  • Basic cable TV
  • Holistic, individualized assessment to identify the level of assistance and support necessary with activities of daily living

The community fee is $2,500. The base fee starts at $6,203 and varies depending on the type of apartment selected and amount of care that is needed.
