80% Refundable Entrance Fee
When you decide to make the move to The Grandview, you’ll pay a onetime refundable entrance fee. Should you leave the community, up to 80% will be returned to you or your beneficiaries.
Monthly Service Package
Just one check each month covers almost all of your daily expenses, including:

- All utilities, including phone, Wi-Fi, cable TV
- Choice meal plan to use at the on-site restaurants
- Maintenance, including repair and replacement of appliances
