Reservations for Woodmont Terrace Open This Fall

Later this year, the first residents will move into Potomac Heights, the first residence building at The Grandview, an Erickson Senior Living community opening in Bethesda, Md.
But that's not the only exciting development at the community. At the same time, reservations will open for Woodmont Terrace, The Grandview's second residence building.
"Woodmont Terrace is already in high demand," says Sales Director George Mishraky. "Priority List members have started scheduling appointments to view building renderings and floor plans that will be available."
In addition to gaining access to this exclusive information, Priority List members are first in line to reserve residences.
"We have 685 members on the Priority List but only 254 homes available," says Mishraky. "People may change their minds, which would open up some residences in Woodmont Terrace, so now's the time to act if you're interested in moving to The Grandview!"
New floor plans
Woodmont Terrace will feature 14 floor plans, seven of which will be brand-new designs.
"We requested feedback from Priority List members and reservists from Potomac Heights, and we incorporated that into Woodmont Terrace," Mishraky says.
As with Potomac Heights, all residences in Woodmont Terrace will feature outdoor balconies.
Living the life
Construction is well underway for Woodmont Terrace, which is slated to open in the fall of 2026.
"But those on the Priority List waiting for Woodmont Terrace will be able to experience our vibrant lifestyle way before it opens," says Mishraky. "Once Potomac Heights opens this fall, Priority List members will get to try out amenities, join club meetings, and sample the delicious food in the restaurants--essentially, have a more complete understanding of everything The Grandview has to offer."
Clubs have already been formed for interests such as computers, fitness, meditation, knitting, painting, and travel, providing an array of opportunities to make new friends and get involved in the community.
"By the time Potomac Heights opens, there will be even more clubs and groups, which will offer a great introduction to the lifestyle at The Grandview," adds Mishraky.
Access to amenities
The Grandview is Erickson Senior Living's first vertically designed community, with multiple residence buildings and industry-leading amenities planned to meet the demand for vibrant retirement living in Montgomery County.
Woodmont Terrace will feature a reading room, media lounge, catering room, and workshop. Residents will be able to take a short walk via climate-controlled walkways to Potomac Heights for dinner with friends, a workout in the fitness center, and social activities.
"Some of the residences in Woodmont Terrace are really close to the restaurants in Potomac Heights," Mishraky notes.
Don't wait!
"If you're interested in being part of The Grandview's next ‘class' of residents, I encourage you to join the Priority List," says Mishraky.
All that's required is a refundable, onetime $1,000 deposit and a $150-per-person processing fee. "Don't miss out on the opportunity to embrace a vibrant retirement!"
