New National Recruitment Campaign Featured by McKnight’s Senior Living

McKnight’s, one of the senior living industry’s leading trade publications, recently highlighted Erickson Senior Living’s new national recruitment campaign, which launched this summer in all areas of the country where Erickson manages continuing care retirement communities. The article noted the company’s comprehensive efforts to attract talented, diverse, and highly qualified candidates to join our team across all areas of daily operations, from dining servers to nurses, to community leadership positions.

“We expect this recruitment initiative to further strengthen Erickson Senior Living’s position as an employer of choice, to attract high-caliber, qualified individuals who are looking for a lasting career, to fill open positions and ensure we are delivering on the promises we have made to our residents,” said Nicole Walker, vice president of human resources.

The campaign comes as, over the next five years, the company plans to invest almost $3 billion in development and construction at its new and existing communities.
