Private Residences
Assisted care rooms are designed for comfort and safety, as well as style. Each apartment includes:
- All-private residence with private half bath
- Private telephone line
- Locked medication cabinet in each apartment involves resident in medication delivery

What's Included in the Cost?
There are two costs associated with assisted care, a onetime Refundable Entrance Deposit* and a monthly assisted care service fee that covers the cost of utilities, maintenance, and care services. The most common monthly care package includes the following services:
- Choice of private room with half bath
- Call response system
- Access to registered nurse and care associate staff 24 hours a day
- Monthly wellness visits by a licensed nurse
- Meal service in the dining room
- An enriching activities program
- Daily bed-making
- Weekly light housekeeping
- One load of laundry weekly
- Access to landscaped grounds and courtyards
- Basic cable TV
- An individualized assessment to identify the level of assistance and support necessary with activities of daily living
For individuals who are not current residents of the community, a onetime Refundable Entrance Deposit* is required. This deposit is $149,000.
The Assisted Care monthly service fee starts at $10,500.
*As per the residence and care agreement.
