Hingham, MA -- Lo Steele, who lives at Linden Ponds in Hingham and is a part time faculty member at Berklee College of Music was chosen to be the Faculty Grand Marshall at the Berklee College of Music Graduation.
Steele was one of the speakers at the graduation. Annie Lennox, Grammy-winner and former Eurythmic, also spoke and received an honorary doctorate along with Carole King, Legendary Singer and Songwriter, and Willie Nelson, County Music Superstar. She was the first part time faculty member, the first Music Education Department Professor and the second woman to be chosen as the Grand Marshall.
"It was an amazing honor to be chosen as the Faculty Grand Marshall," said Steele. "I have worked at Berklee College of Music for many years and was truly touched when I heard I was chosen this year."
