Linden Ponds Receives the Holleran 2011 Highest Honors Award

Hingham, MA - Linden Ponds has received the Holleran 2011 Highest Honors Award in recognition of its outstanding efforts in providing the highest levels of service to the community's residents. This annual award recognizes Holleran's clients with survey scores that exceed the firm's benchmark and achieve scores that are within the 90th percentile for any factors listed on the resident survey. Holleran's database represents 276 communities in 36 states with more than 71,700 residents surveyed.
The following Skilled Nursing survey factors achieved Highest Honors for Linden Ponds:
Environment: • Buildings, stairways, and grounds are safe and secure. • Resident rooms are comfortable and attractive. • Food and beverages are served at the appropriate temperature. • The service in the dining room is efficient. • The service in the dining room is friendly.
Medical/Clinical: • There is good communication between the medical staff (nurse practitioners and physicians) and the nursing staff. • The nursing staff is friendly, courteous, and respectful. • The nursing staff is skilled and competent at what they do. • The direct care staff is responsive to your/the resident's daily personal needs. • The medical staff (nurse practitioners and physicians) is accessible and responds to inquiries in a timely fashion. • I have confidence in the medical staff (nurse practitioners and physicians).
Administration: • The staff is helpful in resolving conflicts.
Individual Fulfillment: • Residents are treated with dignity and respect. • Staff supports my/the resident's right to make independent decisions about my/their daily life. • The staff encourages me/the residents to be as independent as possible.
Daily Living: • Residents are safe from personal risk or harm from other residents who may be combative or disruptive.
