What's Included in the Cost?

There are two costs associated with memory care, a onetime Refundable Entrance Deposit* for nonresidents, and a monthly care package fee that includes your private suite, plus the following:

  • Strategically designed neighborhood
  • Staff trained to support residents with memory loss
  • Reminders of activities, mealtimes, and assistance
  • Call response system
  • Access to registered nurse and care associate staff 24 hours a day
  • Monthly wellness visits by a licensed nurse
  • Meal service in the dining room
  • An enriching activities program
  • Daily bed-making
  • Weekly light housekeeping
  • One load of laundry weekly
  • Access to landscaped grounds and courtyards
  • Basic cable TV
  • An individualized assessment to identify the level of assistance and support necessary with activities of daily living

For individuals who are not current residents of the community, a onetime Refundable Entrance Deposit* is required. This deposit is $103,000.

The memory care monthly service fee starts at $12,252 and varies depending on the type of suite selected.

*As per the Residence and Care Agreement.
