What's Included in the Cost?

Choose from a variety of assisted living apartments and service packages to meet your individual needs. There are two costs associated with assisted living, a onetime Refundable Entrance Deposit* and a monthly assisted living service fee that covers the cost of utilities, maintenance, and care services. 

The cost of your assisted living care package is determined by the degree of care needed and type of apartment selected. The most common includes the following services:

  • Call response system
  • Access to registered nurse and care associate staff 24 hours a day
  • Monthly wellness visits by a licensed nurse
  • Meal service in the dining room
  • An enriching activities program
  • Daily bed-making
  • Weekly light housekeeping 
  • One load of laundry weekly
  • Access to landscaped grounds and courtyards
  • Basic cable TV
  • An individualized assessment to identify the level of assistance and support necessary with activities of daily living

For individuals who are not current residents of the community, a onetime Refundable Entrance Deposit* is required. This deposit is $103,000. 

The assisted living monthly service fee starts at $6,665 and varies depending on the type of apartment selected and amount of care that is needed.

A:  You are welcome to bring your favorite furniture and belongings to decorate your assisted living apartment to make it your own.

A: Traditional nursing homes provide extensive around the clock clinical care. With assisted living, your loved one can receive support with daily tasks such as meal preparation, grooming, and dressing, while enjoying a more social and independent lifestyle. 

A: Just like any move, it generally takes a few weeks to adjust. Our dedicated staff takes the time to understand and honor your loved one's preferences, routines, and habits to help ease the transition.

A: Starting the conversation can be the toughest step, so it's important to prepare in advance. Try to anticipate how your loved one will react and strategize your responses. Above all, be honest, empathetic, and listen. For a list of helpful conversation starters, give us a call.

A: In most cases, your loved one can receive additional care without leaving the community. We offer assisted living, memory care, and long-term nursing care right here on-site.
