Greenspring Expo Makes Moving Easy

Greenspring, a continuing care retirement community developed and managed by Erickson Living, recently hosted The Moving Made Easy Expo at the beautiful Waterford at Springfield venue. More than 140 attended the special one-day event, which combined all of the information, experts and services they needed to plan a stress-free move during retirement.

Guests gained valuable knowledge from a series of informative seminars offered by local moving and real estate experts, including "Moving 101", which broke down the first steps to take when considering a big move. Local real estate agents shared their insight on the current state of the market during the "Real Talk About Real Estate" session.

"Planning Your Financial Future" provided guests with an in-depth look at the financial implications of retirement during 2019 and cost comparisons. A professional auctioneer even taught guests how to price and sell the valuable belongings they no longer need.

Throughout the day, attendees had the opportunity to meet and talk with these experts, as well as professional downsizers, wealth managers, senior move managers, and more. Guests enjoyed the unique opportunity to have their questions answered and get professional advice on how to make a big move as smooth as possible.

Greenspring residents and sales staff were also on hand to answer questions and provide valuable insights on the community's active, vibrant lifestyle.
