Private Memory Care Apartments

What's Included in the Cost?

The cost of memory care is determined by the degree of care needed. There are two costs that make up your memory care package, a one-time community fee and a monthly fee that includes your suite with full, private bath, plus the following:

  • Strategically designed neighborhood
  • Staff trained to support residents with memory loss
  • Reminders of activities, mealtimes, and assistance
  • Call response system
  • Access to registered nurse and care associate staff 24 hours a day
  • monthly wellness visits by a licensed nurse
  • meal service in the dining room
  • an enriching activities program
  • daily bed-making
  • weekly light housekeeping
  • one load of laundry weekly
  • access to landscaped grounds and courtyards
  • basic cable TV
  • an individualized assessment to identify the level of assistance and support necessary with activities of daily living

The one-time community fee is $3,000.

The memory care base fee starts at $10,240 per month for a private suite and varies depending on the type of apartment selected and amount of care that is needed.
