You can also access this money to pay for qualified continuing care expenses. We put our promises in writing. Please ask to see our Residence and Care Agreement.

Senior Living Options
A continuing care retirement community, also known as a CCRC, offers independent living plus additional levels of on-site health care should you ever need it. With a CCRC, you can enjoy active living today while planning for the future with peace of mind.
With independent living, you can continue to go about your life on your own terms. You're free to come and go from the community as you please and participate in as many or as few activities as you wish.
Most senior living options fall into two categories: 1) independent living and 2) continuing care. Generally, independent living is for individuals who are in good health and able to live on their own. Continuing care is designed for individuals in need of assistance with day to day tasks, or more complete care.
Should the time come when you're no longer able to live on your own, you can make the transition to on-site continuing care.
If concerns arise about your ability to live independently, a member of our staff will meet with you and your family to discuss your options. You may be eligible to receive care inside your apartment home, or it may be recommended that you transition to on-site continuing care.
One of the benefits to our lifestyle is that couples can stay together in the same community. If your spouse needs additional care but you don't, we'll work with you to determine a living situation that's right for you both.
