In With the New—and New Again at Ashby Ponds

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the population of Loudoun County, Va., has grown by 30% over the last decade, making it one of the fastest growing counties in the country. Brand-new amenities

The opening of the new residence building, Hamilton Way, this past summer welcomed more than 200 new residents to Ashby Ponds. Ashby Ponds also recently reopened the Blue Sky Restaurant after a complete renovation. Known as a popular gathering spot on campus, the restaurant now includes a full-service bar—perfect for catching up over a cocktail.

“The campus looks amazing,” says Sales Director Holly Henderson. “We recently celebrated our thirteenth anniversary, and buildings—including the original Cardinal Clubhouse—have been renovated to keep them looking as fresh and beautiful as the newest buildings.”

Henderson explains that as existing apartment homes become available, each one is completely updated—from lighting and appliances to countertops and cabinets.
