Ashby Ponds Residents Led Holiday Caroling at Inaugural One Loudoun Holiday Tree Lighting

(Ashburn, Va.) - Nearly two dozen residents from Ashby Ponds retirement community led the holiday caroling sing-along with Santa Claus at the first annual One Loudoun Holiday Tree Lighting on Saturday, December 7, 2013.  Ashby Ponds is a close neighbor of the new One Loudoun development, located less than two miles away. 
The residents of Ashby Ponds sang a variety of holiday carols including Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Frosty the Snowman, and It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year, among others, and performed a special rendition of The Twelve Days of Christmas.  The community also staffed the Kids Craft Tent at the event, helping area children with holiday reindeer creations and coloring!
