Relocating from Florida to Virginia, Jason Guidi interviewed for, and accepted, a sales associate position at Ashby Ponds, an Erickson Senior Living community in Ashburn, Va. She also learned about the sales associate position at Ashby Ponds and thought it would be perfect for me.”

“We immediately clicked,” says Jason. “The entire interview/hiring process reaffirmed the positive culture I’d heard about. Everyone really cares and makes an effort to treat you well.”
