Windsor Run Names Chloe Taylor as Director of Dining Services

Windsor Run, a senior living community managed by Erickson Senior Living, announced the appointment of Chloe Taylor as Director of Dining Services.

Ms. Taylor brings 16 years of culinary experience to Windsor Run, including five years in senior living. She began her career journey with Erickson Senior Living at Brooksby Village in Massachusetts, where she first served as an Assistant General Manager and then promoted to Staff Development Manager. In 2023, she was promoted to Traveling Assistant Dining Director with Erickson Senior Living.

“We extend a warm welcome to Chloe as she shares her culinary creativity and focus on customer service with us at Windsor Run,” stated John David, Associate Executive Director. “A quality dining experience is a priority as our signature dining program places an emphasis on cooked-to-order menus, prepared to taste with fresh ingredients. We look forward to Chloe making a positive impact for residents, team members, and guests as they enjoy the dining hospitality offered at Windsor Run.”

With a variety of healthy menu options, Windsor Run features seven unique dining venues, ranging from casual to formal. The Dining Services Department also includes the catering event team and a carry-out delivery service for residents.  

Ms. Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Studies from Northern Illinois University and certifications from ServSafe® and TIPS®.
