When you decide to make the move to Windsor Run, you’ll pay a onetime entrance fee. We offer two unique options to meet your budget: a 90% Refundable Entrance Fee or Declining Balance Entrance Fee. Details are outlined in the Residence and Care Agreement, which we will be happy to share with you.

Monthly Service Package

Just one check each month covers almost all of your daily expenses, including:

We're dedicated to supporting residents who experience unexpected financial difficulty. We maintain a resident fund designed specifically to assist eligible residents. Independent living residents will never be asked to leave the community because of a genuine inability to pay.

This onetime entrance fee for our senior housing is 90% refundable to you or your beneficiaries should you leave the community. You can also access this money to pay for qualified continuing care health services. We put our promises in writing. Please ask to see our Residence and Care Agreement.

The Monthly Service Package includes most of your regular expenses like utilities, property taxes, standard maintenance, and even select meals.

The Monthly Service Package is typically adjusted annually to reflect labor, food, and energy costs. Any adjustments must first be approved by the not-for-profit board of directors.
