2024 Was a Record Year of Generosity for the Staff Appreciation Fund

Through the generosity of our residents at Erickson Senior Living communities across the country, the Staff Appreciation Fund distributed an incredible amount—more than $7 million—to eligible hourly/non-exempt team members in 2024.

Here are a few statistics that put this total into perspective:

•  $7 million represents our all-time high, an increase of 16.8% from 2023—the previous record year.

• In 2024, every community surpassed their giving level from 2023.

• Nearly 80 percent of the total workforce received a contribution—12,486 team members to be exact.
