Private Memory Care Suites

Each memory care resident enjoys the comfort of their own private suite with a full bath. Design elements and support measures are in place to enhance security while honoring your loved one’s dignity. Each memory care suite includes:

  • Front porch area for each residence to assist with way-finding

What’s Included in the Cost?

The cost of memory care is determined by the degree of care needed and the type of suite selected. There are two costs associated with memory care, a one-time community fee and a monthly fee that includes your private suite with full bath, plus the following:

  • Strategically designed neighborhood
  • Staff trained to support residents with memory loss
  • Reminders of activities, mealtimes, and assistance
  • call response system
  • access to registered nurse and care associate staff 24 hours a day
  • monthly wellness visits by a licensed nurse
  • meal service in the dining room
  • an enriching activities program
  • daily bedmaking
  • weekly light housekeeping 
  • one load of laundry weekly
  • access to landscaped grounds and courtyards
  • basic cable TV
  • a holistic, individualized assessment to identify the level of assistance and support necessary with activities of daily living

The community fee is $1,500.

The memory care base fee starts at $7,409 for a private suite and varies depending on the type of apartment selected and amount of care that is needed.
