What's Included in the Cost?
Choose from a variety of assisted living apartments with customized care packages to meet your individual needs. There are two costs associated with assisted living, a onetime community fee and a monthly assisted living fee that includes your apartment with full, private bath, plus the following:
- Call response system
- Access to registered nurse and care associate staff 24 hours a day
- Monthly wellness visits by a licensed nurse
- Meal service in the dining room
- An enriching activities program
- Daily bed-making
- Weekly light housekeeping
- One load of laundry weekly
- Access to landscaped grounds and courtyards
- Basic cable TV
- A holistic, individualized assessment to identify the level of assistance and support necessary with activities of daily living
The community fee is $1,500.
The assisted living base fee starts at $6,137 and varies depending on the type of apartment selected and amount of care that is needed.
