Why Reserve at Highland Spring Now?

If a move is on the horizon in 2021, now is the time to start planning. Highland Springs, the Erickson Living-managed community in North Dallas, is accepting reservations for its newest residence building Edgewater Place, currently under construction and scheduled to open in May 2021. 

"We're continuing to grow based on demand," says Director of Sales Christina Christie. Edgewater Place features 107 new apartment homes in a variety of one and two-bedroom floor plans.

"This is the time to lock in pre-opening prices," says Christie. "Entrance deposits typically go up each year, so take advantage of reserving early to get the greatest selection at the best price."

As when previous residence buildings were under construction, the sales team is planning exclusive events for those who reserve an apartment in Edgewater Place. 

"We want to give you an opportunity to get to know your new neighbors," says Christie. "Our events for reservists help you establish those connections, so you're already building friendships before you move in."
