Highland Springs Promotes Lauren Rozdilsky as Sales Manager

Highland Springs, a continuing care retirement community managed and developed by Erickson Senior Living, promoted Lauren Rozdilsky as Sales Manager.

Rozdilsky has been a member of the Highland Springs team for 19 years, serving in nearly every role within the sales office. 

“Lauren is a natural fit to serve as sales manager at Highland Springs,” stated Christina Christie, Director of Sales. “Her deep knowledge of our operations and unwavering commitment have made her a cornerstone of our team. She has a true passion for mentoring, staff development, and team success, and she is deeply dedicated to fulfilling our mission to residents and team members.”

Rozdilsky graduated from Stephen F. Austin University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication. She is a resident of Frisco with her husband and two daughters.
