Highland Springs Promotes Jennifer Fox to Associate Executive Director

Highland Springs, an Erickson Senior Living-managed community in North Dallas, Texas, has promoted Jennifer Fox to the role of associate executive director.

Since joining Highland Springs in 2015, Fox has served as the director of continuing care, overseeing the daily clinical services and achievement of high-quality experiences for residents and their families. She brings more than 17 years of senior living experience to her new leadership position.

“Jennifer has demonstrated her strength in leadership by creating a dynamic, warm, and engaged team that delivers exceptional service to our residents across the entire community,” stated Matt Neville, Executive Director. “I, along with the entire executive team, look forward to partnering with Jennifer on our overall community vision and strategies with her expanded role.”

A resident of Dallas, Fox holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Health Services Administration. She is a member of LeadingAge, a national senior living trade organization.
