Highland Springs Named Top Active Adult Community by Readers of Dallas Morning News

Highland Springs, an Erickson Senior Living community in North Dallas, won the Active Adult Community category in the 2022 Best in DFW People’s Choice Awards, presented by the Dallas Morning News.

In its special announcement section, Grant Moise, publisher and president of the Dallas Morning News, wrote that “the mission of Best in DFW is simple. We want to celebrate the people and places that make North Texas special. Remember that all of these places make our region, city, communities, and neighborhoods vibrant and unique.”

Approximately 4,000 businesses were nominated in 237 categories, and a total of 113,298 votes were cast, according to the publication.

“Being recognized as the top active adult community by readers of the Dallas Morning News is a testament to the vibrant lifestyle our residents enjoy," said Matt Neville, Executive Director. "It also speaks volumes to our employees, who are passionate about our mission of creating a community where seniors can make the most of their retirement."
