Highland Springs Announces Hiring of Debbie Malone as Dining Services Director

DALLAS, TX---Highland Springs, the Erickson Living retirement community in North Dallas, announced the hiring of Debbie Malone as Dining Services Director.
Prior to joining Highland Springs, Ms. Malone worked with Bank of America for twenty-nine years, most recently in the role of Corporate Food Services Director.  She was responsible for associate cafes, executive dining, conference centers and the office beverage program.

As Dining Services Director at Highland Springs, Ms. Malone will lead 125 dining associates.  She will also oversee the operation of two on-campus restaurants featuring a variety of dining experiences from formal to casual.  The Dining Services Department also includes the catering event team and carry-out & delivery service for residents. 
Over 500 meals are served to residents and staff every day.
Additionally, she will begin operations at the new continuing care neighborhood at Highland Springs in February.  Offering assisted living, memory care, post acute rehabilitation and outpatient rehabilitation services, the neighborhood will feature 24-hour bistros and person-centered dining choices.
A resident of Dallas, Ms. Malone attended the Executive MBA Program at Southern Methodist University.  She volunteers with NY Cares.
