Highland Springs Announces Appointment of Matt Neville as Executive Director

DALLAS, TX---Highland Springs, the Erickson Living retirement community, announced the appointment of Matt Neville as its Executive Director.   With oversight of Resident Life and General Services, Mr. Neville has served as the Associate Executive Director at Highland Springs since 2010.
In his new leadership position, Mr. Neville will oversee daily operations at the 89-acre community that is home to over 600 residents and 300 total employees.   Highland Springs features an independent living neighborhood of 436 residences in a variety of floor plans and pricing options.  Its newly-opened continuing care neighborhood offers assisted living, memory care, post-acute rehabilitation and nursing care services.   "This is an exciting time for Highland Springs," stated Kerry Jones, Regional Vice President of Operations. "The partnership that exists between residents and staff makes the community a special place to live and work.  We believe that Matt's leadership, community connections and business acumen will be key to navigating a bright future for the residents of Highland Springs."   Mr. Neville has over twenty years of operations and finance experience.  He joined Erickson Living in 2005 as Finance Director of the Chicago-based community.  In 2007, he relocated to Denver to assist with the opening of Wind Crest while serving as Regional Finance Director, responsible for the western-based Erickson Living communities.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University and holds a CPA designation.
Mr. Neville resides in Frisco, TX with his wife, Kelly, and two children.
