When you decide to make the move to Emerson Lakes,℠ you’ll pay a onetime entrance fee. Choose from two unique options to meet your budget: an 80% Refundable Entrance Fee or a Nonrefundable Entrance Fee.
Monthly Service Package*
Just one check each month covers almost all of your daily expenses, including:
- Heating, air-conditioning
- All utilities, including phone, Wi-Fi, cable TV
- Choice meal plan to use at the on-site restaurants
- Maintenance, including repair and replacement of appliances
- Fitness center and swimming pool
- Regularly scheduled transportation
- 24-hour security and emergency response
- Professional landscaping
- On-site medical center
- Access to outdoor amenities, including bocce court, courtyards and terraces, walking paths, a dog park, and more
