Members can preview renderings of the state-of-the art amenities, including a fitness center, walk-up bar, and kayak launch; hear from company leaders about the community's top-notch dining and financial strength; and receive regular construction updates via email. 

"As we get updates on floor plans, pricing, building details, and timelines, we share information with Priority List members," says Zubowsky. "But if you're interested in speaking with a sales team member to learn more, schedule an appointment at the Sales and Information Center."

Located just a short drive from the Emerson Lakes construction site, adjacent to the Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital Outpatient Care office in Bradenton, Fla., the Sales and Information Center is staffed with knowledgeable sales experts. 

By scheduling an appointment for an initial visit or attending an informational event (for the first time), the $150-per-person, nonrefundable Priority List processing fee is waived--if a commitment to the Priority List is made the same day. 

"If you're unsure about joining, no worries! You can continue to visit the Sales and Information Center to learn about community updates, but you'll have to pay the processing fee if you decide to join the Priority List later on," says Zubowsky.
