Simply visit the Sales and Information Center to meet with one of Emerson Lakes' knowledgeable sales team members. Come prepared with a refundable $1,000 deposit, as well as a $150-per-person, nonrefundable processing fee. When you reserve a residence, the deposit is applied to the purchase price.

However, if you choose to schedule an initial visit or attend an informational event and commit to the Priority List at that time, the $150-per-person, nonrefundable processing fee is waived.
