What's Included in the Cost?

Choose from a variety of assisted living apartments. We will partner with you to create a plan of care that our team will use to help you experience independence as well as any necessary support. Our service packages are all-inclusive.

There are two costs associated with assisted living, a onetime community fee and a monthly assisted living fee that includes your apartment with full, private bath, plus the following:

  • Call response system
  • Access to registered nurse and care associate staff 24 hours a day
  • Monthly wellness visits by a licensed nurse
  • Meal service in the dining room
  • An enriching activities program
  • Daily bed-making
  • Weekly light housekeeping 
  • One load of laundry weekly
  • Access to landscaped grounds and courtyards
  • Basic cable TV
  • A holistic, individualized assessment to identify the level of assistance and support necessary with activities of daily living

The community fee is equivalent to one month base fee.

The assisted living base fee starts at $8,189 and varies depending on the type of apartment selected and amount of care that is needed.
