90% Refundable Entrance Fee*

When you decide to make the move to Oak Crest, you'll pay a onetime refundable entrance fee. Should you leave the community, 90% will be returned to you or your beneficiaries.

Monthly Service Package

Just one check each month covers almost all of your daily expenses, including:

No one will be asked to leave our community because of a genuine inability to pay.
