Oak Crest to Host Pastoral Ministries Collaboration Day

Oak Crest, the Erickson Senior Living community in Parkville, will celebrate National Pastoral Care Week by hosting a Pastoral Collaboration Day open to local clergy of all faiths.

The theme, “Building Rapport and Relationships,” serves as a message of hope, unity and teamwork for the men and women who take the responsibility of serving the spiritual needs of their respective constituencies.  

The event will take place on Friday, October 29 from 9:00am to 12:30pm in the Garden Room of Oak Crest (8800 Walther Boulevard, Parkville, MD 21234). A continental breakfast will be served, followed by the main program. There is a $10 registration fee per attendee.

“Despite the unique challenges of the past 18 months, this is a wonderful time to celebrate the ministry of spiritual care,” stated Nancy Ginsberg, Pastoral Ministries Manager at Oak Crest.  “We look forward to a morning of fellowship in which we can share experiences and best practices, build connections and develop partnerships that will enhance our ministries.”
