Oak Crest Announces Hiring of Robert Braubitz as Director of Finance

Parkville, Maryland--Oak Crest, the Erickson Living retirement community, announced the hiring of Robert Braubitz as the Director of Finance.
In his leadership position, Braubitz will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of strategic financial management and budgeting at the 87-acre campus where 2,100 residents are served by 1,100 employees in independent living and continuing care neighborhoods.
Prior to joining Oak Crest, Braubitz was the Assistant Finance Director at Ann's Choice, a sister Erickson Living community in Warminster, Pennsylvania. Previously, he has served in the roles of Director of Finance, Director of FP&A and consultant for businesses such as GlaxoSmithKline and Merrill Lynch.
A resident of Towson, Maryland, Braubitz holds a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. from Rider University in New Jersey.
Oak Crest enjoys an A- rating from Standard & Poor's and an A rating from Fitch on the Baltimore County, MD series 2007A senior living bonds issued on its behalf.
