Erickson Senior Living Unveils its Redesigned Corporate & Community Websites

February 1, 2021

Connecting with key audiences in a meaningful way

BALTIMORE, Md. – January 25, 2021 – Erickson Living, a nation-leading developer and manager of continuing care retirement communities, is proud to announce the launch of its newly redesigned corporate and community websites. The new sites feature a more modern design, enhanced imagery, improved functionality and streamlined content, as well as insightful stories reflecting the value and benefits of living at an Erickson Living community.

“We are thrilled to debut our new company websites, which are focused on an enhanced digital user experience that stands out in the competitive senior marketplace,” said Tom Neubauer, Erickson Living’s executive vice president of sales, marketing, and communication. “As one of the company’s primary communication channels with those considering senior living options, the websites’ optimization aligns perfectly with our focus on reaching diverse audiences in the most impactful way, where simplicity is key.”

The reconfiguration of each website comes after months of research assessing the most popular information and resources, along with ways to simplify user navigation and engagement. As a result, website visitors can more easily browse and locate information, such as Erickson Living’s distinct senior living services and amenities (e.g., superior health and wellness services, delicious dining options, fitness centers), as well as  virtually walkthrough many different apartment home styles.

This websites’ redesign comes as the nation’s senior living population is more digitally connected than ever, with the internet being an integral part of their exploring senior living options. “As I explore other senior living websites, I have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of Erickson Living’s new website and how easy it has been finding information that will help seniors make an informed decision about living at an Erickson Living community,” said Trudy Downs, Vice President of Riderwood’s computer club. “The compelling videos, mobile design and informative stories are just a few of the many features that make these websites a valuable resource.”
