Join the Priority List for the Best Chance to Secure Your Preferred Floor Plan at The Grandview

The Grandview, an Erickson Senior Living community coming to Bethesda, Md., is rapidly taking shape!
Reservists are eagerly awaiting their projected move-in date of fall 2025, and Priority List members are acting quickly to secure the community's remaining apartment homes.
"If you are aiming to move into Potomac Heights, The Grandview's first residence building, your preferred floor plan may still be available," says Sales Director George Mishraky. "But you must be a Priority List member to reserve it!"
How it works
Currently, reservations are restricted to those on the Priority List.
"A $1,000 refundable deposit is all that's needed to join," says Mishraky. "When an apartment home becomes available, we offer it to Priority List members--in order of when they joined--who have shown interest in that floor plan."
Potomac Heights boasts 15 different floor plans, ranging in size from 780 square feet to 1,910 square feet, all with outdoor balconies and modern finishes.
Even if your desired apartment home isn't available, it's still a good idea to remain on the Priority List.
"Sometimes people change their minds because their needs change," notes Mishraky. "If that happens, we call those on the Priority List to gauge their interest. There's always hope that your dream apartment home may be available in the first building."
The sooner the better
Construction on Woodmont Terrace, The Grandview's second residence building, will begin this summer, with floor plan renderings available this fall.
Apartment home reservations will begin in summer 2025 for a move-in date of fall 2026--a whole year after Potomac Heights.
"If moving to Woodmont Terrace makes more sense for you, joining the Priority List now will give you first dibs come this time next year," he says.
"However," Mishraky notes, "that's a whole year you're passing up living in a stylish apartment home, paying predictable living expenses, and enjoying access to amenities. If you have been thinking about a move to The Grandview, this is your sign to act!"
Make an easy move
Once your apartment home is reserved in Potomac Heights, you'll have access to realty and moving services, making your future move a breeze.
"This is exclusive to our Priority List members," says Mishraky.
Scheduling a home visit with a member of The Grandview's sales team and a preferred senior move manager is a popular option.
"At one point, home visits booked for several months out. We had an overwhelmingly positive response," he recalls.
During a home visit, you'll have the opportunity to identify pieces of furniture you'd like to bring and collaborate with experts to find a place for them in your new living space.
Access to amenities
Priority List members also receive updates on the construction timeline and the latest community news via the exclusive monthly newsletter.
"When we asked Priority List members why they joined, the resounding response was, 'Access to information,'" recalls Mishraky. "We met that interest by providing detailed updates about Potomac Heights, and we plan on doing the same with Woodmont Terrace."
Now that construction on Potomac Heights is well underway, Priority List members are happy to see amenities take shape.
Amenities will include a salon; fitness center with private studios for personal training and classes; wellness lobby; arts and crafts rooms; aquatics center; and a Life Enrichment Center that will host concerts and performances, town hall meetings, pickleball matches, and more.
Restaurants will range from casual and grab-and-go options like cafes and grilles to high-end dining, including a rooftop bar with beautiful views of campus.
"And no matter which floor your apartment home is on in Potomac Heights, you can enjoy your personal balcony or take the elevator up to the rooftop terrace and enjoy the incredible view," Mishraky says.
Celebrating progress
If these perks haven't sealed the deal, maybe a summer barbecue will.
"In September, those who have reserved an apartment home will be invited to a summer barbecue that will also offer a sneak peek at the construction site," says Mishraky. "We're so excited about the progress on Potomac Heights, and we can't wait to share it with everyone in person!"
