Erickson Senior Living Promotes Bryan Bee to Executive Director of Avery Point

Erickson Senior Living, a national leader in developing and managing continuing care retirement communities, has promoted Bryan Bee to executive director of Avery Point. Bee will oversee management and operations for the scenic 94-acre campus located in Short Pump, Va.

Bee began his Erickson Senior Living career at Tallgrass Creek in Overland Park, Kansas, where he has served as associate executive director since 2020.

"Bryan has distinguished himself as a dedicated and conscientious leader who thrives on building and sustaining strong relationships with the employees he leads and the residents he serves," said John Mann, vice president of regional operations. "His exceptional operational and organizational skills, combined with his considerate, compassionate demeanor, ensure Avery Point's continued success as a leader in high-quality senior living in the Richmond marketplace."

Bee is a licensed nursing home administrator with over 15 years of senior living operational leadership experience. He holds a master's of business administration degree from the University of Illinois and a bachelor of science in health care administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
