FLY'N B CAFÉ This casual cafe features short-order favorites like fresh salads, deli wraps, juicy burgers, and breakfast favorites. It's a great place to enjoy lunch with friends.

WINDOWS RESTAURANT Plan a special dinner celebration at this fine-dining venue. Let our servers guide you to a lovely indoor table, or dine under the stars on the outdoor patio, featuring a romantic fire pit.

TIMBERLINE TAVERN Gather with friends to watch the game on big-screen TVs while enjoying cold pints and classic pub favorites.

BURTON'S Delight your guests with the decor, ambiance, and menu featured at this unique restaurant and bar. Named for Wind Crest's pioneer community member, Burton's offers a traditional menu mixed with Asian-infused cuisines.

MILE HIGH CAFÉ Watch your meal be prepared at this casual exhibition-style venue, featuring indoor and outdoor seating.

CARTER'S Enjoy the seafood-centric menu along with a variety of “landlocked” culinary favorites while seated for dinner, catching the game at the bar, or enjoying the Colorado neighborhood's bustling courtyard while sitting around the fire pit on Carter's patio.

COLORADO CAFÉ Patio views of the Highlands Ranch golf course and the Front Range perfectly pair with the Colorado cuisine being featured here. Menu items like Olathe sweet corn, Palisade peaches, bison meat, Rocky Mountain trout or oysters, and more will have you bragging about this cafe.

CASCADES Take in views of the Colorado courtyard and amphitheater while enjoying chef-prepared meals and cocktails. The second-story bar and outdoor dining area make Cascades a favorite gathering place.

FALL RIVER BISTRO The bistro offers a rotating menu of Colorado-inspired favorites and comforting seasonal dishes. With a completely refreshed menu every few months, guests can enjoy new flavors and fresh culinary experiences throughout the year.

Flexible Dining Options

Your Monthly Service Package includes a flexible dining plan you can use in any campus restaurant. Choose the traditional plan to receive one meal for each day of the month, or select the 20-meal plan to enjoy a total of 20 meals per month for a reduced Monthly Service Package.
